QUETTA: Quetta Gladiators' owner Nadeem Omar met with fans at Bugti Stadium on the sidelines of their ongoing exhibition match against Peshawar Zalmi.
Nadeem went to meet the fans individually and thanked them for filling up the stadium.
"Thank you so much for coming," Nadeem told a fan who requested the Gladiators' owner for bringing Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches to Quetta next year.
"We are working on this. Don't worry, we will definitely bring PSL matches here next year," he added.
The franchise owner is here to back his team in an exhibition match against Zalmi.
While batting first, Gladiators scored 184 runs thanks to a power show by Iftikhar Ahmed.
Iftikhar scored an impressive fifty as Gladiators put pressure on Zalmi. The right-handed batter scored 94 runs in 50 balls, including six maximums in an over of Wahab Riaz.
Middle-order batter Khushdil Shah scored 36 runs in 24 balls, meanwhile opener Abdul Wahid Bangalzai scored 28 in 19.
